At ReLuxe Room, every bag is hand-inspected and authenticated—no two pieces are alike. Because of their unique, pre-loved nature, all sales are final. We don’t offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind. Please review all photos, descriptions, and measurements carefully before you buy.

If your order arrives damaged or significantly not as described, contact us within 3 business days and we’ll work to make it right. Otherwise, once you click “purchase,” your new treasure is yours to keep—welcome to the ReLuxe family!
